Key Benefits of  the Intervention
                                                                                A major benefit of the intervention
                                                                                is the reduced risk of contamination
                                                                                of the groundwater resources near
                                                                                the  dumping area. Additionally, it
                                                                                is a sustainable  and eco-friendly
                                                                                option  for  extracting tallow from
                                                                                fleshing,  which  also  reduces  the
                                                                                greenhouse gas emissions due to the
                                                                                disposal of fleshing. The separation
                                                                                of the liquid and solid portions of
                                                                                the digestate (wet mixture) is made
                                                                                easier; and the hydrolysis under high
                                                                                pressure  and precise  temperature
                                                                                produces pathogen-free fertilizer.

                                                                                Notably,  the  intervention  helps  in
                                                                                converting a problem into a solution,
